In our magazine, we opted for an illustrative design rather that a realistic one that relies heavily on photography. Our goal was to preserve the essence of the cover, which is realtor yet modern, and extend that concept to the rest of the magazine. We discuss modern music and artists with a retro design, and therefore delf that an illustrative approach was more appropriate.
